I strive to create a comfortable space, working with my clients to help them make positive changes. I respect the individuality of each person and the uniqueness of your life experiences and personal struggles. I am affirming of all sexualities and gender identities. It is my belief that you do not have to face your struggles alone. My counseling experience includes working with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, sexuality and gender, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. I received a M.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montevallo and am licensed as an LPC. I believe that everyone has the ability to accomplish their goals and build the life they desire. Sometimes, you just need to ask for a little help.
